Things like these inevitably happen in any game, sometimes its lag, sometimes minor bugs or "exploits",sometimes its just stupidity, like going afk. The truth remains, tho, that actively pursuing flaws like these to abuse, reduces the quality of the game. Not much different than jumping up and down screaming "I won!" after your opponent in chess accidentally knocks his king over.
